You may have to Pay the Full amount in Advance in order to provide you the services. We may refuse to provide any services or transfer any files if you failed to settle the payments in Full. If you do not settle the Full Payments within the due date, we have the rights to cancel your account and refuse to provide any refunds.
Refunds
We do not provide any refund after we deliver/complete the services you have ordered. We may also refuse to provide any refund if you (not limited to the cases mentioned here) a) If you violate our Terms b) You have failed to provide us the required information c) Failed to make the Full Payment within Due date.
However, in some limited cases, we may refund you a certain amount or maybe the Full amount only if we failed to deliver our services.
Please Note: 50% of the advance payment is not refundable.

For certain services Like Digital Marketing, Physical Marketing or Promotional Services, we can not guarantee a certain result or sales. If you opt for any of our Marketing services, please be assured we will try our best to promote and market your services/product/company but certainly we don’t provide any guarantee for sales or specific results.
Delivery of Service
The Delivery of the Service depends on the information you have provided us. If you provide us any incorrect/incomplete information or delayed providing the information we have asked for. We may not provide you the services on time.

Only the Graphic Designs Files are owned by you after making the Full Payment. We do not claim any rights on the designs we have delivered to you. However, we may show them on our portfolio or share them on our social networks unless you have signed an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

If you provide Made It Stick any feedback or suggestions regarding the Site or Services (“Feedback”), you hereby assign and agree to assign upon our request to Made It Stick all rights in the Feedback and agree that Made It Stick shall have the right to use such Feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate. Made It Stick will treat any Feedback you provide to Made It Stick as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that you will not submit to Made It Stick any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.
