We are committed to providing high-quality services and products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.


Here is our refund policy for the services we offer on Made It Stick:

Graphic Design Services

For our graphic design services, you can get between three and unlimited revisions, depending on the package you choose. We will try our best to work closely with you and give you revisions until you are satisfied with the design. However, once you approve a design, no refund will be issued.

Web Design and Development Services

We offer up to 5 Revisions on the Web Design Services. Once you approve the Website Design or Layout, There won’t be any Refund.

We provide up to five revisions for our web design services. Again, we will work based on your specifications to make sure your design suits your needs. And once you approve the website design or layout, we also do not offer refunds.

Content Marketing

For blog, website copy, product copy, and email copy, we allow up to five revisions. For guest posting, two revisions are permitted, with no refund available once the post is approved. Social media post content is subject to two modifications, with no refunds offered once the post is approved or scheduled for posting.


We do not offer refunds for merchandise, letterhead, business cards, flyers, posters, postcards, invitation cards, or other printed materials. Eligibility for a replacement is limited to cases of manufacturing defects, with a return request required within 48 hours. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

Offline Marketing

No refunds are available once you approve the marketing strategy.

Digital Marketing and SEO Services

Once you approve the marketing strategy, we do not offer refunds. In certain cases, pro-rata based refunds may be available for certain digital marketing products, provided we have not initiated the service. You must request a refund within 48 hours.

Social Media Growth

If no activity occurs within the first five days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a refund. Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of the end of the five-day period.

Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Paid Advertising and PPC Ads

You are eligible for a 50% Refund on our Service and Setup Fees. We can’t initiate a refund if you already spend on the platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google AdWords or any other paid advertising platform.

Business Formation

If we have not initiated the service, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of our fees. Once the service is initiated, no refund requests will be considered. Please contact us within 48 hours to determine your eligibility for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

One-Time Purchase

Once a one-time purchase is made, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to the Refund Policy for further details.

Recurring Subscriptions

Customers are allowed to cancel any recurring subscription at any time. If a customer cancels a recurring subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, no refund will be issued for the current month. However, the customer will not be charged for the following month.

In order to avoid cancellation fees, customers must cancel their subscription at least 7 days before the next billing date. If a customer cancels less than 7 days before the next billing date, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the amount of work already completed for the next billing cycle.

If a customer cancels their subscription more than 7 days before the next billing date, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a payment made to us or issue a chargeback through your payment provider, we reserve the right to terminate any services that we are providing to you and to refuse any future services or products. We also reserve the right to recover any costs that we have incurred as a result of the dispute or chargeback.

Changes to Services or Products

We reserve the right to make changes to our services or products at any time without prior notice. We will make every effort to inform you of any changes that may affect your purchase, and we will provide you with the option to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund if you are not satisfied with the changes.
